Accepted payment methods for depositing funds at eke33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Every deposit transaction is secured by SSL encryption.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

eke33 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for additional verification if fraud or money laundering is suspected. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal.

All transactions on eke33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned. If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact our support directly.

New accounts at eke33 receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus offer applies to one user only, one time.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address.
• eke33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its discretion, particularly in cases of abuse.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain games may contribute differently to wagering calculations.

The eke33 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can be promoted to a higher tier based on your consistency of play and activity. eke33 reserves the right to modify the VIP tier terms.

All games on eke33 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We believe in the fair play principle and ensure equal opportunity for all players. Any attempt to influence game outcomes using strategies or software is strictly prohibited.

If any suspicious activity is detected, eke33 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and the associated funds may be forfeited.

Specific limits apply to each game and bet, which are displayed in the game interface. Additional limits may apply when betting with bonus funds. Arbitrage betting — placing bets on both sides of a sporting event to gain an advantage — is prohibited.

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or system disruption, eke33 reserves the right to void or review that transaction. eke33 reserves the right to recover any incorrect payout caused by a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eke33:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

eke33 makes reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons. eke33 is not liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure that you have no pending bets and that any available balance has been withdrawn.

eke33 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Provision of false information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Regulatory or legal directive.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned; however, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.
